These Terms and Conditions govern use of the SIRITIPS website and horse-racing information and paid-tip services.

1. Nature of the Service

SIRITIPS provides horse-racing information, analysis, opinions and tips for informational and entertainment purposes. A tip is an opinion or informational product and does not constitute an assurance of any particular race outcome or financial return.

2. Race Conditions and Incidents

Horse races can be affected by events outside the control of SIRITIPS or its tipster, including horse injury, visible blood, broken legs, clashes between horses, gate jumps, gate-related incidents, delayed starts, false starts, refusals, breaking through gates, stumbling, falling, equipment failure, track or weather conditions, steward decisions, disqualifications, objections, jockey changes, veterinary intervention, cancellation, postponement or abandonment of a race, and other unforeseen events.

3. Tipster and Race Incidents

The tipster and SIRITIPS are not responsible for physical injuries, accidents, losses or damage arising from events involving horses or the conduct of a race, including these incidents, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Digital tips are generally non-refundable once the purchased tip has been unlocked or made available. A refund is not ordinarily provided because of race incidents such as blood, a broken leg, horse clashes, gate jumps, gate delays, false starts, falls, withdrawals, objections, disqualifications, postponement, cancellation or abandonment. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. Payment

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider. The provider's own terms may also apply.

6. Digital Content

Purchased tips are for the purchasing customer's personal use and must not be reproduced, resold, published or redistributed without permission.

7. No Financial Advice

SIRITIPS content is not financial, investment, legal or professional advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Website and Third Parties

We may modify or suspend parts of the website for maintenance, technical, legal or operational reasons. Third-party services and external links have their own terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIRITIPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or race information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer and other legal rights.
